This might sound dumb but you should try turning down your draw distance, particle quality, etc.

Blockland looks choppy if your FPS is not over let's say 100 FPS.

The human eye normally only sees 30 fps....

Eyes do not see in FPS. They work differently.

Also like to note, should I get revo uninstaller?
What is this? Sounds like one of those "Fix all your computer errors and registry keys" kinda software?

Its confirmed, this only happens on certain servers, everyone else gets this too.

I've noticed that recently for me shaders lag more than they used to. I could get high/medium with decent FPS but now I have to keep it turned off. It's not a drivers issue either.

They work similarly. They don't draw out frames but they take in light, convert it to electronic signals so that your brain can process it. It can only process this light at a certain speed.
But to reiterate what Greek said, most people can not tell that their FPS is choppy until its below 30 fps.

I can tell the difference between 30, 60 and 120 FPS. I don't get how I could see the smoothness between 120 and 30 if 30 is the max your eyes can see.

Never mind. I understand how it works now. It gets more technical than that.

Revo Uninstaller is a program that is basically like the windows uninstaller, but digs more and finds files that it wouldn't need after you uninstall it.
For example registry files,
here is a link: http://www.revouninstaller.com/

I see no need for it really.

Eh, it digs in farther for the useless files.

It also has a cleaner, where you clean up useless crap windows doesn't use or isn't used by any programs.

Were not humans though, we're bionic and see up to 100,000,000,005 FPS
