I wouldn't eat constantly. I only eat 3-4 times a day, sometimes only 2.
I have also went 3 days without food before, its not difficult, it hurts around the 2nd day however
Well, I didn't mean to suggest that you'd eat constantly.
But if you get in a proper routine of eating regular meals, and you skip out of them, you'll start to feel hungry enough that it makes you sick.
Depends on the person, but it can be as low as 18 hours without food can start to be painfully uncomfortable. Even if it's just something small that you eat.
So, if you can keep to your routine, which for most I would imagine is atleast 2 meals a day, you would prefer to keep to it.
