I'm in the same situation as you except I haven't known the girl as long so I'm holding off telling her, but if I was going to tell her I like her this is how I would do it (something along the lines of these):
"Hey uh, I just wanted to tell you that I really like you. I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go do something sometime, like maybe get coffee or something, I mean if you like coffee then we could go get some but
if you don't like it that's fine we can go somewhere else maybe like East Side Mario's or something we could get those calamari rings that we got that one time those were really good weren't they also the bread was amazing but we don't have to go there since it's kind of expensive but maybe we could go to like Wendy's and get a Baconator or something, not sure if you like baconators but heh I'm out of ideas maybe we could just go to Tim Hortons and get a donut haha remember that one time Skylar was getting a donut and it didn't have any filling in it but then it turned out it did lol that was on facebook though, you posted it I wasn't even there yeah but still is the answer yes or no because really you're just staring blankly right now and I'm not sure"
