I really loving like the fonts that adobe makes. Berlin sans FB is also pretty nice if you're looking for a monospaced font, which the adobe ones really aren't.

I just leave it as MS Word's default font (Calibri)... usually.

But for headers, I use one of these two fonts (CMR (which looks similar to Generation B) or Hobo STD. (whichever's available at that time), or Impact if neither of them are available.
