How are you going to remove the tycoon ownership when the owner leaves? Seems impossible with VCE.

I was deciding that you should add some like stuff that would make your tycoon more attractive and/or something that expands your tycoon by width

This doesn't work with stupid events
You gonna use a script for this entire system cause events are bad for it
