eBay has websites for specific countries only.

And, depending on the variety, and age, and quality and rarity of any cards you have, you could have cards worth a decent amount.
Collectors will probably pay for rare cards, more than enough is necesarry to cover your Post&Packaging (Or, add this onto the price, which you can do on eBay), and the percentage that eBay takes, plus any taxes.

Or, find someone you know who is interested in them, or a shop that deals in those sorts of games/toys/items.

I don't remember having anything rare. Maybe ~60 basic cards and some 10 holos. Looking at the cards listed in eBay a majority of them have no bids and the rest that do are Japanese holos. I doubt anyone would buy anything I have.

I only have a small stack of about 6 or 7 cards that my cousin game me.

Those are more useful to you as paper mache than anything else. I saw stacks of +20 energy cards for ~$0.50 on eBay.

Me and my brother used to collect these all the time, if I am correct we have bout 300+ cards, and a couple rares/holos, but we stopped collecting them.

They are in nice shape cause my brother obsessed over keeping them in a card folder.
