forget utorrent, or maybe utorrent didn't even install it at all

you should probably also remove it completely, not just disable it

Just did

Probably wasn't uTorrent, it happened after I installed this plugin to speed up videos :c
EDIT: And it wasn't from the Chrome Web Store, it was a downloadable installer
jesus christ it may have also clung onto safari and firefox
