i'm gonna be honest here: this pretty much sucks. Your positive attitude, though, is extremely applaudable and I don't think I've seen many users with such enthusiasm.
I don't want to bash you hard but I think too many of the above posters are condescending towards you due to your enthusiasm. I also don't want to discourage you from getting better; please don't take this as a personal attack, just a non-sugarcoated critique aimed to help you build better.
There's not much "defining" this build as a "frost" home beyond the colors. I know you're new and lacking building skills, so i'll be general. Look towards defining structures that are ice/snow related, like icicles or snowdrifts or crystalline structures that aren't perfect. Ramps would definitely help in this.
As for design, as others have said, cut down on using primarily small bricks. I know its more convenient to do so, but in the end a defining factor in how builds look is how many bricks you use. With your current design, the roof walling looks tiled and chunky, without a linear, support/lateral beam kind of feel that makes roofs able to stay up. If you want to keep it like that, try lining the edges with ramps to smoothen out the roof a bit more. Something to keep it from being less edgy and more smooth, like ice. I'm not asking for you to go do an immediate change in your building style (though if you could that would expedite your learning process), but take some time to practice building with larger and a wider palette of bricks.
I'll leave it at that; hopefully you won't take this as a scathing critique.
We've all built like this when we were new. Mostly.
tl;dr: just keep practicing, try using bigger bricks, and keep that enthusiasm!
