Author Topic: Just broke up with my ex-girlfriend.  (Read 1403 times)

We had been going out for almost 8 months. The first few months were really great; we saw each other a lot, held hands and did other relationship type things, but in the past few months, our relationship was consisting of sometimes talking at school and nothing else. We were both extremely awkward around each other, so I think it was a relief for both of us. Even though I wasn't too sad about breaking up, I feel a bit emotional.

At least I beat my relationship length high score of 1 week.

How much did you guys have in common? It appears to me that you guys weren't a great match, if you didn't talk often.
That sucks, though. I feel - my girlfriend and I broke up on 6 months exactly. I've moved on since then and we're still friends, so I suggest you do the same.

held hands

That's disgusting. Children your age should not be committing such lewd acts.

how can you break up with somebody who isn't your girlfriend

how can you break up with somebody who isn't your girlfriend

They were stuck together with glue for 8 months

Sad day, blooker, find someone who's smart.

Usually it's easier to share interests with somebody to acquire a friendship with one individual.

Ugh. That really sucks, man.

My girlfriend broke up with me after about six months in September last year. Our relationship was going really well in my opinion and she seemed to think so too, but she waited to explain all the flaws in it (that I could've easily fixed) until the day she decided to break up. Turns out I hadn't been giving her enough attention because I was moving at the time and I had my mind on a lot of other things, plus I was reluctant to hug her in school because we were always hanging out with my other friend who's claimed he loves her too. I didn't want to seem like a douchebag in front of him. She never said a word until she broke up out of nowhere. She's in my class too, so I have to go to school every day, see her, and be reminded of the mistakes I made that she wouldn't let me fix.

She was in to Animals and Homestuck, I'm into video games and computers. She tried her hardest to like what I like but she just wasn't into it
