It's not about your administration tactics, it's about Portal being so damn hypocritical in saying that some players are not mature enough to be on the server even when he acts like a child himself in-game. Portal was a perfectly reasonable admin in my experience, and the only punishments he and his helpers doled out were all perfectly justified.
