If you interpret the comment in a way which would make it so that you believe that the commentator believe he is above other people, then yes, the comment is hypocritical. I personally do not see that, however I do see how one could interpret it that way.

EDIT: I don't think anyone has the definition of hypocrite wrong. People just view the comment differently.

I understand referring to elecro, but saying that Americans are so fat and bloated about their own egos, and in the same comment saying that an entire government should bow down to him is very hypocritical. Re-evaluate what you just posted.

Actually this isn't hypocrisy, as being "dumb" is so subjective to the point where it cant be taken towards anything as a real thing. O'course you know what a dumb person is but they don't and vice versa.
