So I'm semi confused here. I'm using bitminer and I'm using both integrated and dedicated GPUs (I have an AMD integrated so it's good) and I'm getting about 110 MHPS, is this good, where does my wallet come in, and how do I get cash from this?

you need to download a client which stores your bitcoins in a wallet.dat file. mine for a while until you have the amount required to withdraw, and then withdraw to your wallet.
then you can sell those btc on mt gox.

Assuming you're using BitMinter, your BTC is left in the BitMinter servers. Waiting to be retrieved by you.
Bitminter.com -> Login -> My Account -> Account Details
It'll show you how much BTC you've mined (excluding the %4 for the server). It might show nothing if you're now starting. It'll take a couple hours to update the value.

Also, if you're getting 110 Mhps total; You're making 0.01 BTC a day (Which around 0.58 USD a day). Which, to be honest is pretty slow.

I wouldn't suggest Mt. Gox.
Registration requires so much personal info it's a bit suspicious.

There used to be a service where you could purchase Steam games called "Steamcoin". It's down now. And it appears that it's been down for quite some time. So I'm not sure.
My best alternative is to get someone that can buy you games and in return you give them Bitcoins.

In BitMinter you can lower the Work Group size and heighten the Work Interval. It'll make BitMinter work slower, leaving your GPU with less work and less heat.

but i have no clue what information to give you about my gpu because i believe you said it isn't really a graphics card?

You can lower it if you think your GPU is getting too hot or you can turn off BitMinter for a while and wait for your GPU to cool down.

I can't really tell you what settings to use because I'm not there :u
What I can tell you is to try to lower your settings to the point where the GPU temperature falls in 60 C to 75 C or lower. The common minerals used for computers melt at around 600 C to 1000 C.

Still, such temperatures can cause damage.

Laptops have stuffty ventilation and cooling. This is true for almost all laptops, it's inherent to the nature of a laptop
