...Really? Not only was the aforementioned user who named himself with the surname "rooster" unbanned after an explanation, but was the whole situation settled until it was blown entirely out of proportion by you.

He was assumed to be trolling because he was not only a new user, but he also set his name to rooster. You're taking it out of context just to use it in your argument.

I understood the situation was resolved between you two, but under the circumstances, I wanted to discuss it so it could be prevented in the future.

I would never permanently ban someone unless they are a complete starfish to me, or to anyone.

I'm probably going to get flamed for quadruple posting but I really could care less right now.
