How do you get a different GUI for bl?

You create it in gui editor or write the code by hand if you are crazy and then write code to make the gui do something

I prefer Impact, it's to the old GUI what shaders are to maps imo

The white style for sure; the Impact GUIs are much harder to read, and looks less pleasant overall.

I prefer the White one, it is a lot cleaner and easier to read than Impact is. However, you should get rid of the bevel effect in the buttons, as it doesn't really fit with the rest of the GUI's style.
