Author Topic: How do I legally do this?  (Read 1195 times)

I want a song from a video in my video. I found the song on iTunes but I don't have any money. Is there a way to add the song to my video legally without buying it on iTunes? BTW the song is Live and Learn by Crush 40

technically no
even if you bought the song you still couldnt "legally" use it because you dont own copyright or permission from the copyright holder to use it

I'm afraid you can't.

are you going to jump off a cliff because your friends are?

As long as you don't make a penny from the video and you site the authors of all material you are okay

are you going to jump off a cliff because your friends are?
What's the point in living if all your friends jumped off a cliff?

I don't think just saying it could get you banned.

If it was illegal then youtube would've removed the sound. They've done it before. A lot. Why wouldn't they remove it from this video?
