It's the persons choice to mess up their bodies. It's also their choice if they wanna use 3rd party substances and toxic liquids such as alcohol. If a friend of yours offers you let's say a cigarette and you accept the offer and smoke it and years later you become addicted, would I have any sympathy? No. Make the right choices and there will be good outcomes. But in the OP's condition, I wish him or her best of luck. @OP: are you a boy or a girl? I also hope you recover.

No, that is irrelevant. Parents who have no money, no source of income, who know they aren't fit for kids and are possibly abusive and druggies should absolutely have their kid aborted pronto.
