Ever played a MUD before?

Well, a MUD is a MultiPlayer Dungeon; We're taking that and making it an MCUD; Multiplayer Cooperative Dungeon.

Put simply, there are 2 characters, both with one dream; To become knights in the King's court. Brought together by a single goal, the two are great friends, unwilling to do anything without the other; Ed and Jim. Jim is quite a burly fellow, equipped with only the pants on his bum, the shirt on his back, and his sandals. Ed, on the other hand, is quite fast and light; He is equipped exactly the same as Jim is, only he has a much smaller stature.

Now, the point of the game is to become knights in the king's court, in any way possible. You are not allowed to have Ed do something without Jim or for Jim to do something without Ed, and only you can only have Ed or Jim do one action per post.

Anything spoken in bold, by me, is considered part of the story.

The Story So Far;

Jim and Ed stand in front of their homesteads, ready to embark on their great adventure to the kings court. But, they don't have anything to do next. As such, they are very idle at the moment, with no idea what to do next. The Homesteads are made of solid timber and stone, but it is visible that there seems to be a bulge on Jim's house. Ed's house seems to have some sort of structure behind it, made of what appears to be stone and mortar.

Ed and Jim go to approach the structure behind Ed's house. Ed finds it to be his long lost shed, filled with spades, saws, and other tools. Ed seems to store a quarterstaff in there too, for some reason. Jim points out that it's been hanging around the backyard of Ed's house since they were little boys, leaving Ed questioning his observation skills, or lack there of.

Ed and Jim leave Ed's "Hidden" tool shed. On the way out, Ed spies his lucky hammer, Hammery. Over the years it seems to have rusted a bit, leaving it in a poisonous state. But, Ed and Jim leave their small hovel of their hometown, looking only to the future, the road beyond them, and the fish that keeps jumping out of the pond ahead.

Ed and Jim begin to walk down a long, gravel-like road, passing several wheat farms, and stopping to rest at another town, called Prinland. The inhabitants of the town greet the two adventurers with happy, mustached faces, and invite the two to their Town Hall.

The governor of Prinland treats the two adventurers to a feast, leaving plenty of leftovers for Ed and Jim to take with them for later,  taking pity on their underfed bodies and their lack of supplies.

In a sudden feeling of rage to their mustachioed friend, the mayor of Prinland, Jim feels that he should kill the mayor with Hammery. Ed and Jim resist the inhumane urge to bash the mayor's head in with Hammery, after talking amongst themselves.

In a weird surge of curiosity Ed removes the hammerhead of Hammery,  that he was about to swing at the mayor. It seems, after picking it up and swinging Hammery's decapitated head around a bit outside the mayor's house, Ed finds that the Hammery's head of the hammer they were about to use seems to be as heavy as a large, lead maul's weight.

grab the staff, and leave the homestead, possible to the nearest town. cant have your names remembered throughout the land, if you don't venture the land.

What does the U in MCUD stand for?

It stands for users

Ed and Jim walk aimlessly for more adventure

Well, a MUD is a MultiPlayer Dungeon; We're taking that and making it an MCUD; Multiplayer Cooperative Dungeon.

But you already say player in the word multiplayer.  That's the same as user.  And Multi Cooperative User Dungeon doesn't sound good.

Kill the mayor with the hammer

A voice in Jim's head, "Kill".

When swining the hammer, they hit a lonely mudkip, and knock the aids right out of it, straight into the pool. Ending result, Pools closed due to aids.
