I provided the same answers everyone else is giving. How is that not contributing?

Troubles with youtube videos now too. I'm running a malwarebytes scan, and still no resolution for Steam, I don't know how to give Steam access to my computer.

steam has firewall access, i think. what do, malwarebytes only picked up thirteen issues, but some piece of stuff anti-virus thing i found on my computer said there were like 400

I got past this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling, as in deleting all the files in the steam folder, uninstalling it from the add and remove list and reinstalling it.
