Dr.Shoe's got some kind of trojan launched on him

I don't know what or who is doing this, but my brother, Dr.Shoe has had some kind of trojan launched on him, his computer had noticed it earlier today and he is currently doing what he can do get rid of it, Under the assumption that this might be similar to what happened to MrMcCakey, if he posts anything abscure or wrong, it is NOT him. There is a key logger inside of his computer (according to his scanning.) so this might lead to Lando but i really don't know atm

I had something attack my router and it used alot of my accounts on forums/email websites/etc. to send out spam.
Bright House ended up disconnecting my router until I can fix it.

you're forgetting the part where you scan with more than one program and do a pre-boot or offline scan
from personal experience, malwarebytes doesn't pick up on Win32:Sality
