kinder eggs are those candy eggs with toys inside them, if you didn't know

They weren't legal due to a law passed in the 90s where foods marketed to children were not allowed to have non food items in them. This was mainly to prevent things like the wonderball or fruit snack packs from having small, colorful objects in them which would be perceived as candy and eaten by children. This passed on to kinder eggs as well, and since kinder eggs are an European chocolate they didn't follow the wonderball's tracks and switch its surprise to a candy filling.

The toys were a choking hazard, loving sue happy people suck richard. Though honestly I never though they looked good so I didn't really care.
