This passed on to kinder eggs as well, and since kinder eggs are an European chocolate they didn't follow the wonderball's tracks and switch its surprise to a candy filling.

You guys realize that it's not illegal to buy or sell these, right? It's only illegal to sell them in large quantities or produce in the states. The original wonderball went out of business because of that.
