Fast zombies or slow zombies?

Slow, it's more realistic. Think about it, they're decaying so their muscles wouldn't be able to extend and contract as far as the normally should.

This is one reason I rage when people complain about realism in stuff regarding zombies.

Imo I'd say slow because I don't want the flash coming after me as a zombie forget that.

a human being requires a good amount of energy to operate
after dying, you begin to decompose and all of that energy goes elsewhere
a zombie would not have the energy to stand up, much less to dig themselves out of the ground or kill another human
