Cwm - a mountain in Wales. Not a specific mountain, just a mountain.
Fjord - Narrow inlet.
Glyphs - Symbols.
Vext - Confused.
Quiz - A kind of academic exam, but also a weird person.

So, symbols on the narrow inlet of a mountain in Wales confused a weird person.

It's also Irish, I think.
