Sword Art Online should be a real game

You do not know how much I want Sword Art Online to be a real video game. I don't even care if I die in real life, because FFS real life sucks and SAO would be so much more fun to live in, especially with the added fear and VR. But even if it didn't have VR it would be an epic game anyway.

For those that don't know, Sword Art Online is a Japanese light novel series, but it was adapted into a manga series and an anime.

Yeah, that seemed fun. Except for the fact that everybody fking hates you, you go through ten bajillion pounds of stress (yay for measuring an intangible object with weight units) and also you have to be a supergenius in order to get in. You get a much higher level of freedom in SAO than Ender's Game.

It was in the first post in small text, but it's a series of a bunch of Japanese light novels (i.e. short books), a manga, and an anime. Where a video game is released for a VR console that blocks your brain signals and takes them to a game, and somebody made an MMORPG for it where you can't log out and if you die in the game you die in real life. Also, nobody can rip the console of your head because it will kill you.

The anime was pure amazement until about episode 10-onwards, from there it turned to stuff so fast I could taste it.
