Should we try to get on Desura rather than Steam/Steam Greenlight?

People on Desura would be more attracted to games like this. Desura caters to really indie games only such as us. It's not exactly hard to get on it compared to Steam either.
But before we try to get on Desura, Badspot should list us as a game on IndieDB first.

How is steam crappy? That's like the main/only or easiest way (besides Skype) to stay in touch with friends and play games together.

when i play blockland as a non-steam game,sometimes the game will lose all keyboard control, forcing you to alt f4. hopefully badspot can do something about this when we are GL'd.
