Intellectual disability was the correct term actually.
And obviously not all cases are classified as mental handicapation, but the majority are.
There are two types of intellectual disabilities, mental handicapation from a birth defect, or the result of a brain injury, in which it would be unfair to call them mentally handicapped.
So as much as you would like to attack what I said with mere reaction images (oh the irony), what I said was pretty accurate once I found the correct term.

That means I laugh at my own pictures.
