Ok... I was editing the pistol CS file (In a different file so it doesn't overwrite the pistol) and then it doesn't show up even after I check it off in the add-ons folder. One thing is when I spawn the gun, its the thing I edited. How do I make it not the same as the gun?

NVM. Got it.

Make different datablock names.
Otherwise, you'll just be overwriting the real gun when it gets exec'd.
Generally, you can just Replace almost every instance of Gun with something else, (I.e. NewGun) and it'll be a separate item.
Just make sure you don't change the line that determines the model that is used, within the ShapeBaseImageData(GunImage) datablock... The one that looks like a file path, that is. Leave that alone or your game will dissconnect and say that a .dts doesn't exist when it gets around to defining that datablock.

Another question. If I want to make it NOT have a shell... what do I do to it  to make it not have a shell.

I can make a model or port the Model from HL1 and give you that tell me k.

Ok. Either one. I just need a model for it please.

Turn the normal bow model sideways. =P

Turn the normal bow model sideways. =P

there are no programs that let you edit .dts files (other then a VERY crappy program that hardly works) also there is no way to rotate the model of the weapon whens it is mounted (that i know of)

O_o It would look like... stuff then.

Do I have to bump this again?! Oh wait..

Stop double posting over and over and someone might help you.
