So when i start up garrys mod this happens

and when i try to go each of these applications this happens

please help this really bothers me

Are you trying to launch it with our going through steam?

No.

Select all your libraries in Windows explorer, right click and delete them. Then, right click Libraries and press restore default libraries.

Then, go into Task Manager and end all Steam processes and relaunch Steam.
