Aw... that makes more sense than it should.

I was going around the game getting texture samples, and noticed the thumbnail of a building with advertisements on it. This struck me odd, and I checked the file. It was low rest, but I noticed what seemed to be an inconsistent Comstock poster. I checked the files date, matched it to a save files date, and flew outside the map looking for buildings. What I found was this:

A clean texture taken from the game:

The same buildings contained a lot of other advertisements seen in early gameplay videos. Considering this, the building prop is probably just as old, and would make this an early Comstock concept that ended up in the game.

The ending isn't that hard to understand. It made a lot of sense to me, and I was pleased it tied everything up. But still left a decent amount to the imagination. A lot of people are missing major parts of the ending and going off and making these huge handicapped theories.

i understand most of it, but it's just so genius and rheuruejhghrhfh

I don't understand how the baptism turned him into Comstock though...?

happy birthday booker

I've been watching Cry play Bioshock Infinite, his many reactions of the end
1 HOUR OF SPOILERS

I didn't get it at first, but then i read the top comments, now i'm all sorts of confused

Like, i get it, but... my head hurts from all there is to take in and understand

I've now got that feeling of experiencing something amazing (even if it's just a video), but then losing it because it's over

It's that feeling i get after i watch a great show, and then it ends

It's like an empty hole left by what used to be there, i want it back, but i'll just be seeing the same thing again

It's just weird, i'm very mixed up and confused like

Like seriously

On second thought, there is some things i don't quite understand, like the Luteces' ability to appear where ever Booker is and what impact the necklace you choose for Elizabeth has

the luteces can also open tears

what impact the necklace you choose for Elizabeth has

Wait what.

I chose the bird. What does that mean?

[spoilers]That machine that the Luteces' had is how they could travel through time and space. Remember when it broke or whatever and they died or whatever it was. Now they're like gods, kind of like how Elizabeth is. Also the necklace has no impact, it's a variable. None of the choices you make really have a impact. Because remember constants and variables. Constants are the only really important thing there is. That's why you have to drown when you take the baptism, it becomes a constant so comstock can never exist in any universe.
[spoilers]But when you meet Elizabeth when she's really old and shows you the city on that balcony, she gives you a card with a symbol on it, Elizabeth looks at the card after Booker gives her it and says about a cage, coincidentally, a cage is what Cry chose for Elizabeth's necklace, so would the card have a bird on it if you chose the bird? And if so, why wouldn't that have any impact on anything? That just seems like lost potential...
