My latest project iv been making here are pics

That's pretty much it

Rate X/10

I'm working on terrain right now

small, too many bricks, weird textures where they shouldn't be, bed isn't realistic at all, would probably take me like 10 minutes to make it.

6/10

8/10, I like it

everything is too small though

Maybe he was working on his own bedroom interior..

Maybe he was working on his own bedroom interior..
If it was his irl bedroom, he should've mentioned that, but he didn't.
I think most people would add that in the description anyways.

Even if that is the case, still not realistic, bed is too small, and the fireplace looks like it's made of wood.

small, too many bricks
Why limit yourself like that? I see no reason for it at all.

Epic built this. Not you.

Nobody is obligated to.

This is a game where the playable character has floating arms. Sure, the furnishings are based off of real-world objects, but again: why limit yourself like that?

bed is too small
The bed is either 7x4 Blockos with just enough space to perfectly fit a Blockhead.

:/

AdinX has does have a couple decent points: there are a couple of funky-textured surfaces. I'd recommend swapping that floor out for some 2x2 or 4x4 print plates. They'd look a bit nicer. There are some new interactive bricks by General/Tophius you could use to spice that cabinet up. The fireplace is a bit out of place (ha). Maybe recolor it or move it. Don't be afraid to brighten it up either! It's a little drab. All in all it reminds me of my old dorm room, haha.

Maybe add some more shape to it. An "L" shape is a place to start. Regardless, you're on the right track. I'll be watching for the rest of the build. Keep it up! <3

After reading the comments, I'd like to emphasize a certain point:

Remember that ultimately, like music, the structures you create (and by extension: the methods you build them with) are a reflection of yourself; your personal taste, your style. There is no correct way to build. If you think that something should be done one way: do it. If you aren't sure: try it. Don't let anyone's personal opinions be forced upon you. Build the way you want to.

Be creative. Have fun.

I'm saying for it's size, it uses too many bricks. I use over 1k bricks in a 16x16 area EASILY. I am in no way limiting the ammount of bricks he's using. However, his floors for instance; too many bricks.
Epic built this. Not you.
Was simply a reference to the simplicity of the room, considering it's size and furniture count.
Nobody is obligated to.
You're right. Then again, if I posted on drama that so-and-so harassed me without any images, nobody would believe me.

The bed is six bricks long and four bricks wide. I can tell you right now that my SLEEPING BAG is bigger than that. As well as my hammock. The bed is small. It's the size I would expect for maybe an infant's crib, or a young toddler. For a room with a fireplace and a computer, I would imagine a king size or queen bed.

Refer to previous statement, if you like I can post an image of how I would make a bed. Hell, I'll record it for you if you like, and I'll do it in under a minute.

gotta be bold

You've raised fair points no less, but they were misguided.

By that logic, finger painting can get you a Nobel Peace prize. While he is free to develop his own style, sure, a solid square red house is not "style." If this is his style, that's one thing, but from what I can tell, there is some room for improvement.

bed is too small
That bed is 4w x 6h, blocklanders are 3w x 5h

To big if anything.

My point was that so long as you're content with how you play this game, you're doing it right and will inevitably improve.

You're contradicting yourself. His build is the same size as your 1,000+ brick grandeur and uses far less bricks (I'd place it at around 400-450 tops). Apart from it also being a real-world pattern that can be seen literally everywhere, for the size of the build you really don't need to worry about the graphical ramifications or... any drawbacks, really. Unless I'm missing something; in which case, please elaborate.

Mind you that I'm not saying that it could be improved visually. But you've already heard what I've to say on that matter, so I'm assuming it's irrelevant.

I understood what you were saying.

Here in the Gallery, you're not calling someone into doubt (most of the time, haha). You can afford to be more relaxed.

A king or queen-sized bed in a 14x14 room with a fireplace, cabinet and desk?

You are gifted with the ability to build fast. We get it.

Come on. The bed is fine. It's decent, does its job, and fits well enough into the room it was created for.

You've raised fair points no less, but they were misguided.
Oh snap!

Again: My point was that so long as you're content with how you play this game, you're doing it right and will inevitably improve. It isn't a competition lol

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. :(
