So, I finshed my map and saved. I then proceded, a few minutes later, to load it up to build. But when I finshed, this is what happened.
Note: The farther away that terrain is, the more you can see it, but it is shiny.

Could be a missing detail texture.
or.... too much fog? too little view distance?

The view distance is like 300 and I have the detail texture.

300 is kinda short but I don't think it would cause that.

How do people some how manage to forget these things up? Every map I have made I've never had these problems but people some how glitch Blockland and screw it up...
Check the file type of the textures you're using and make sure you save it after you apply the textures.

Aghh! It's doing it on ALL my maps! And my map WAS missing a detail texture, but when I set it (base/data/terrains/details/detail1) it makes it all gray. THEN, when I set a bump texture, grass, it made a few square terrain chunks the correct texture, but most of it was gray.
EDIT: Now it's doing it even on other's servers!
