I plan on playing this, i have one suggestion in regards to the build though.
In that last picture that has the cabin, the cabin looks really square, add some extentions on it like a back room or a porch the give it a more realistic shape.

The map started to take shape, just add 1 more dock and the pirate base, added a important pool to OP.

I remember a long time ago, we had a blimp tdm. It was kinda themed like this, but it got boring after a while for some reason.
