Not really. Bedroom only has about 2000 quads and because most bricks have about 9 quads, Bedroom would have the performance hit of around 200 bricks. Although none of the faces would be hidden when other bricks are on them so it's safe to double that and up it a bit so around 500 bricks.

Bricks can not have over 6-8 loving collision surfaces.

Someone could make a large modeled house you can't go inside just to mess with you though.
