Also, you should consider downloading a proxy. I have never used one before, but I know they somehow give you a fake ip.

If he's doing a one-man-band DDoS (Well, it'd be considered a DoS instead of DDoS if this is the case), you can try to log the IP that is flooding you if he's not behind a proxy or network bounce. If you manage to get his IP, you can report it to the authorities.
