>call isp
>go through steps until you have an operator
>tell them you need an ip change

Also, you should consider downloading a proxy. I have never used one before, but I know they somehow give you a fake ip.

Gabe Newell is everyone's father so that's a silly thing to ask.

If he uses that unicorn ddos tool, then you cant exactly arrest him, as the software is under security and utilities, and says that it is to test the strength of a network.

but swat would likely have an alibi against that bullstuff

you can't get arrested using any other tool much less unicorn.

even with unicorn you can get his isp to jump on his ass

If you have a normal connection, cycle the power of your modem. If you have att uverse, cycle the power of every cable appliance you own.

Well, Setro gave me a virus program with stuff like toolbar and ads on browsers.

My mom went ape stuff crazy and turned off the internet and told me it was my fault I told him my IP address and allowed him to hack us.

He stopped the attack but now I want to change my IP without going downstairs again to play with the router.

I have access to the router admin console thing though.

I didn't get his IP and I don't want to make any calls.
