Every CoD game post-2007 is a balancing stufffest with extreme consolization.
I don't want to say Nexuiz (the CryTek engine one, not the Darkplaces one) is bad, but it doesn't feel very polished at all. Most other games in its genre feel much better.
Bad Company 2 was pretty disappointing.

OnTopic: While I like Minecraft, I hate how badly the add-on/mod/plug-in support is for it. The updates only make things worse, and my favorite mods are pretty much dead by now.

never played it so can't say if it is bad or not.

Far Cry 2 was kinda bad. AK-47's are indestructible, the voice acting is terrible, and you can break the game.
