Surprised nobody here mentioned Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.
That game literally blew my mind with how bad it was. The AI was incredibly stupid, the gameplay was mediocre at best, and there was just so much shooting for a resident evil game. Also something about the voice acting and story just seemed really under quality.

That game deserves a 2/5 for sure.
