IntroductionTetronaught's jail escape is, you guessed it, a jail escape. It follows the trend in many ways but a notable difference is the range of carefully selected blocky weapons. The server features fast paced action- you never know when a prisoner might break the rails on the ceiling and land on your head or a police might catch you in the air vents! The weapons are all high damage to keep the spraying and hallway crossfire to a minimum. The rounds normally last no longer than 5 minutes!
InformationThe server doesn't gun for one particular weapon pack (no pun intended) but rather goes for a select few of some of the more commonly used "generic" weapons, some being the Old School Rifle, for example, which can kill while scoped, or the Model 1887, which is hard to find but grants brutal close- range power, and many others. The server also uses a key system (police, of course, start off with one) in which keys can be found and then used to open gates, for example, the escape gate, or to access police- only areas. However, if a criminal is caught in one of these areas they can be shot on sight. A good technique is to keep to the vents until you have a weapon.
RulesIf you are caught:
- In a restricted area, being any place that requires a weapon (including fists) or a key to get into
- With a weapon or key out (exlcuding fists, prisoners are allowed fists out given that they don't attack any police)
- In the yard
- Attacking a police
You can be killed on sight. Your kills, at the moment, do show up in the chat list (however, that is subject to change) so if you have killed someone, be on your guard, as the police are aware of your killing. If you are a prisoner and you have been killed for none of the reasons above, this is called
freekilling. If you are freekilled, tell an admin or a moderator that you've been freekilled, and if the admin/moderator see fit, they will kick or ban them.
Other rules are:
- Respect admins, and do what they say.
- Follow all of the rules. You can find them in the main hallway inside of the prison.
- Do NOT spam the chat. You will be permanently banned for this.
- Do not start a stuffstorm or start flaming others- including arguments. You will be kicked and/or banned for doing this.
- There will be periods of maintenance occasionally, as we're continually managing the server and improving it. This means that the minigame might go down for periods of time or the server will become passworded while we fix a major bug.
