Missing BL_ID's On RTB

How come on the RTB BL_ID list most of the BL_ID's are missing.

While 1337, 666, and 9001 all never being seen is very strange, the IDs in the OP aren't showing up because they haven't visited any RTB servers, or installed RTB.

There was no official word on that but it's a really good theory.

The 2-99 were reserved though, along with 10000 being sold in an auction.

666, 9001, and 1337 are all not sold for obvious reasons, an owner of these would be able to flaunt around there id and be a douchebag
