So this would be a program that would figure out what pixels would be in between other pixels in SD pictures by the pixel colors around it. It would then redraw it with the new guessed pixel(s) and do it for all of the image. Any programs that do that?


Digital televisions do this automatically; I don't know of any software that does this, but there probably is somewhere.

You mean pixel interpolation? Pretty much any image/video editing software with a rescale feature does that automatically.

I heard Adobe Photoshop CS6 has a similar feature if you're willing to shell out a grand in software.
