Russia and N.K should scare you even more.
I don't think Russia will take sides with N.K though.

Russia is North Korea's ally, meaning no matter what they will jump in to protect them.

In terms of nuclear power, America is still more powerful. But like said before, a single nuke can forget us all up. Russia right now is just preparing if a war starts out.

If Russia were siding with North Korea, they would be preparing to attack, not defend, in reality Russia is as tired with North Korea as China is, they just haven't said much about it.

North Korea wants to go to war with South Korea and they are threatening to nuke U.S. if they step in. Russia is basically clearing a path for North Korea from U.S. to attack South Korea.

South Korea has no nuclear weapons or a lot less than North Korea does. North Korea would win, and that's why U.S. has to step in since South Korea is an ally of U.S. If Russia also steps in to aid North Korea in the war, World War III can break out for sure because other allies would also have to jump in to protect their allies. Basically what happened in World War II. 2 countries are making threats to each other until one declares war then everyone jumps into the fight.
