South Korea has no nuclear weapons or a lot less than North Korea does. North Korea would win, and that's why U.S. has to step in since South Korea is an ally of U.S. If Russia also steps in to aid North Korea in the war, World War III can break out for sure because other allies would also have to jump in to protect their allies. Basically what happened in World War II. 2 countries are making threats to each other until one declares war then everyone jumps into the fight.

The South Korean soldiers fought with us in Vietnam. They put their enemies' heads on pikes outside their camps. The are vicious and I am sure they would wipe out NK. Just because they have no nukes doesn't mean they can't shoot them all down. Israel is tiny and regularly destroys other countries.
