sling MP5 around shoulder; may come useful later even though it has low ammo. We can always ditch it if it gets spent.

take a kilo of C4, we may find it useful later and a few extra pounds wouldn't hurt.

Shine flashlight slowly into church (shine at ground and slowly lift up), but get out of the truck first so you're not trapped if something does show up.

Take the broken 17, it might be useful for parts
and take out all the C4 from the truck, make it look like a trap
I don't think any part of the 17 will be usefull, it has an empty mag and taking out all the C4 will take a lot of time, also, how will taking it out make it look like a trap?

How could taking a kilo of C4 be useful? Trying to prime C4 is dangerous and takes quite a bit of time.

Placing it around the tank as if someone was waiting nearby with the detonator and just waching for some unlucky bastard to get close to it

on the off chance that we get to, it may become useful. but if its too much to take just 1 or 1/2 kilo then pass on.

what tank? also there is no detonator.

Hanns grabs a kilo of C4 to put in his pack, and slings the MP5 around his shoulder and jumps out of the truck. Takes a deep breath, grabs the heavy-duty flash light and turns it on, and moves up across the ground into the church. Still too dark. He moves closer, it gets brighter, he sees nothing but the plastic shining with the glimmer of the light. There's an opening in the plastic but the light can barely get through, so he can't see stuff.

He has a crowbar

Hanns circles the church, there's a window that fits a catholic cross perfectly in the back of the church, with what used to be stained glass, however it is too high for him to get up there. There's a dumpster near truck at the parking lot. Hanns jogs to it and starts to push it.

About 10 minutes later of pushing the dumpster, he gets curious what's inside; he opens the dumpster to discover a racoon eating the remains of a bunch of mutilated corpses. He shuts it quickly runs over to a bush at the edge of a small hill behind the church and pukes into it. He curses quietly. He gets atop of the dumpster and shines his light into the window, there's a massive tear into the plastic so he gets a look. There's a bunch of tables with corpses, some without. At each side of the room are crates and tool-tables with surgical equipment on them. There's some grunting coming from one of the offices in the church.

Inspect the bodys then proceed to the office you're hearing grunts from.
Keep your weapons at the ready.

Knock on the glass
If something comes after you just open the dumpster and hide in the bush

Shine light towards that area, gun at ready. Don't go in until you're confident enough that whatever's inside can't break out.

Optionally shoot a round into the door/wall, if you don't think anything else will hear you and come running.

Hanns climbs over into the church, but cuts his hand on some of the broken glass. He pulls out his thermos and pours the still-warm water on his hand and wraps it up with some bandaging. He continues forawrd, inspecting some of the bodies, they're all naked and are cut open. He puts his arm over his face to keep from inhaling the horrid stench. He goes to the crates, a lot of them have plastic in them, a lot of the other crates are empty. It explains why the walls are draped in plastic and the floors.

Hanns walks toward the office and the door is only slightly open, he looks inside to see a man in Austrian military uniform, eating the flesh of another soldier. His hat is sitting over one side of his head, and he is ripping off the flesh and sticking it into... his abdomen?

Welp, he's obviously a zombie now, kill him.

don't alert him of your presence but don't let him out of your sight. Until he poses a threat, or killing him gives us some necessary supplies don't do it

try to scan him and the body for any ammunition/weapons, while you're at it. keep looking around, may find some drugs. painkillers may come in handy later.

Hanns looks past the two soldiers, and looks at the desk to see a few 9mm MP5 mags and a few water bottles, and a crate next to the desk.. The soldier continues feasting without noticing his presence. Hanns looks away for a moment looking back throughout the dark church. This room is the only room with light, and it's a lamp.

Check all the contents in the create, make sure you do not make a sound while doing so, if you do, I think Hanns will be screwed.
