My computer monitor has some black tiny "bar" things growing on the side of it.. How do I fix it?

Yes, but it's the same for every res.
And I didn't get this thing not too long ago, brand new.

well what's happening here

um

your screen is basically a printer that prints an image of whatever you're viewing approximately 15,007 times a second. Most likely what happened is that you hurt its feelings and it is bleeding ink (all colors combine to make black). You need to delete all the RAM that you have downloaded before it is too late to make it up.
