A simple question like this belongs in the megathread. There, I said it. It's the truth, but we are not going to have a stufffest about it in this thread like we did in the last one, nor shall we discuss it past this post

As to your actual question: What makes you say ASUS is a great brand? Beauty is often in the eye of the beholder

EVGA is the best, no doubt.
You even can replace the stock cooler without voiding the warranty.

It doesn't matter, I suppose. Whatever you like the look of, there tends to be no difference. Sometimes the clock speeds will vary slightly, and the stock cooler will vary.

There's only two, nvidia and amd

He said "other than", not "better than". Try READING.

Don't be a dumbstuff. How are we supposed to know how to base our comparisons to other brands if we don't understand why OP think the example brand is good

There are fairly little differences between various brands. The chipsets are all manufactured by AMD or Nvidia anyway.

There are more but Nvidia and AMD are the biggest players.
i can name a bunch of older manufacturers too, like voodoo, right?

EVGA
Sapphire
MSI
GIGABYTE
XFX
Zotac
PowerColor
Galaxy
PNY
VisionTek
ECS

Ye there are quite a few ^^

NVIDIA and AMD are the chip set manufactures, they only make the chip sets, not the cards you buy online or in stores.
