A couple things I have to say about the drama boardI'm just going to post this in advance, sorry if this is the wrong board; I personally thought that it should go here.
This is a great community but there is obviously a reason why when somebody makes a 'hi, I'm new here' post, that people tell them to not go to drama. So I just want to get these issues off my chest and-
Holy Fishsticks Incoming WALL OF TEXT.
'Autistic'Ok really, about every time somebody doesn't fit in with the internet bandwagon (a large part of) you all jump to the assumption that they're autistic, autistic is not a deragatory term, it is in fact a medical condition, but many dramas get derailed beacause somebody says this
You're loving autistic lol #swag
omg you said autistic
stfu handicap
omg no noaw i fel offended for handicapped & autistic peple
:|
omg u r a DIC CUNT ASS NIGER
Can we just stick to accepting people using that term and not argueing all the time, or just not call people autistic or handicapped in the first place.
Pointless dramasAt this point, people are making dramas for pretty much no reason, complaining that people that make jokes, or that a couple of topics is drama worthy, and that they should be banned, it's like a lot of you want these people to be banned, regardless of the reason. Seriously, it doesn't really matter, I'm not trying to be dismissive to these dramas, but the people that make them really don't seem like they thought it through, like they're using the drama board as a medium to get back at people they have grudges with. No, I am not the leader of the drama board, it's pretty obvious that I can't make you stop or start doing anything, but it's pretty much spam. Now you could say that this is ironic, and that I'm overreacting to nothing and therefore am breaking my own little 'code' I just made, but this has been happening a lot, don't believe me? Here's some pretty recent dramas off the top of my head.

and all of those goddamn Glass topics because you all apperantly want to be more popular. I did something like this at one point but this really should stop, I would think many people here are pretty annoyed by clicking a drama to see something about how somebody said snake on a post.
Crucifying NewcomersYes, I know, I've covered this problem in another drama, but I can't emphasis this problem more than any other ones that I listed above.
Every day when I go to the drama board I am most usually greeted by some bullstuff like this. Some newcomer is forgeted over and bullied and told to die endlessly and they, not being used to being this, usually are forced into a position where they usually admit to trolling or something that gets them banned for at least a week, this has gone on long enough. I'm sure that most forumers with at least a little compasion towards, what, 9 year olds? Can agree with me, and I'm not saying that I'm not innocent of doing this ethier, but many people use the drama board as a medium to do this stuff. And it is ruining this community
Hey kids, if you want others to play Blockland, then why don't you stop this so the loving 9 year olds that play this game can still have a decent childhood!
I am honestly sick of seeing this and I'm afraid that sometimes people do have to make these dramas, but sometimes this gets out of hand and it's simply degrading the quality of these forums, if you're wondering why this site gets such low ratings for child safety then look no farther then the first part of this drama. So before one of you makes a drama about a noob, is it to much to ask to at least tell them what they did wrong and not crucify them? Thank you for taking the time to actually read this drama (assuming you did) and hopefully you can agree to at least part of this.
'Hacking'
I'm wondering why people think Blockland is hackable just because of all these company-run games are.
Here's the major difference:
Networking structure.
These company-run games are expecting high population, thus they need most of the networking and calculations to be run through the client. Otherwise, it would be a huge strain on the server. This allows for clients to play around with these functions, such as telling other clients "yeah i just hit you for 9999 damage it's legit die plz".
Blockland is different. Players run their own small little servers from their home computers. Badspot doesn't need to handle any of it aside from authentication and the server listing. This has minimal strain on the master server, and allows for an effective anti-hack, due to the servers processing everything. The only downfall of this is not having anything global aside from IDs and names. There is no global level-ups, achievements, or currency due to everyone having their own little server with their own little games. If there were level-ups, achievements, or currency, anyone hosting a server would be able to mess with it immediately.
The only way to hack an online Blockland server would be to hack into the computer the server is running on.
Basically this, so could you all stop making dramas about hacking in Blockland.
Learning
Because apperantly some of you can't do this, if you get drama'd for doing something, stop doing it, if you don't know what that thing is; urbandictionary.com, This is a great example of a person that doesn't stop he was drama'd multiple times and he still proceeded to do what he got drama'd for in the first place, don't be like him. If you aren't supposed to do something, just don't do it.
Blogging on the BLFThis isn't really much of a problem at this point, but I just want to say this;
The Blockland forums isn't a blogging website, it's fine if you post one topic about your life, but posting topics 24/7 about how it feels outside or if it's raining is called spam.
BuildingReally? It was even stated by badspot
Try to recognize that we all have different skill levels in this game. There is no need to criticize someone else's build simply because it's not the best build out there.
Do not give an x/10 style rating unless the builder asks for one.
Yet apparently it still happens oftenly that people get flamed/attacked for not building well, if anything, the people that can build magnificently should probably rethink their life more than the ones that can't. Although the x/10 rating part doesn't seemed to be very enforced by Badspot, I still have this suspicion that many of you haven't even read his post.
MistakesI'm not going to go too far into this, but if somebody makes a mistake, like posting 'reserved' in the drama board, or bumping a topic, that's no reason to flame them
I'm going to assume that you skim read this, and I hope that some of you aknowledge my thoughts, No, they don't really matter too much, but I think that these problems are kind of important. sorry for the spelling mistakes that I assume are there.
