what do i do about this loving dog

some people just moved in next door an they went away for easter and they left their loving yappy ass dog in their back yard

all day since 6:00 this morning its been loving barking. i cant call animal control or anything like that because i dont think they would answer the phone on easter.

tell me what i should do to get this dog to shut up

The dog whistle will make it go nuts till it shuts up and the bark off I never tried so I won't know.
