How can i fix my unreasoning lag?

One day i was playing on my server then after 30 minutes or more, it starts laging for no apparent reason. Btw this has only happend on my server, not anyone eles.

Closing other programs may help as well if your computer can't handle many programs opened up at the same time. When the lag happens try turning down any graphics setting and see if that fixes it. If so then maybe it's because of all the bricks it's rendering and with the graphics it can't handle it.
