Good Anime Drawing Tutorials?

I want to start drawing anime for this contest at my school, because I like anime and I thought it would be cool. I watch alot of anime but I'm not really sure on how to draw it. I sometimes draw practice anime but it really sucks once I look at it.

Anyways back to my point. Can you guys suggest me good sites where I can learn to draw anime?

The only thing you can really be taught is how to use the different tools in (presumably) Photoshop. It's up to you to practice and practice until you find your own style and master your technique.

The only tip I can offer is get a tablet, if you don't have one already.

If you are talking about hand drawn (which you probably aren't because that is so 10 years ago) I started with just watching a speed drawing on youtube and then trying to copy the same sort of movements, made some pretty neat stuff.
