No, when you specialize in pediatrics; you also work with teenagers too. The teens who he has worked with have suffered from blood clots or tract infections because of their usage of 3rd party substances.

and I only know of like two people in my school who smoke, and absolutely none who do drugs other than weed (but several who drink)

Lol My entire Highschool smoked weed. And it was still in the top 50 for best schools in the country. That should be telling people something. Also, I finished highschool 3 years ago and I've stopped halfway through my AA to grab an internship In Brazil for Mechanical Engineering. It's a wonderful field so far and it's something I've always planned on doing since I was a kid.
